Please read the following information carefully on how you can take part in the "WIN A FREE MISSION TRIP TO AFRICA" Promotion - because you might win an all-expenses paid trip of a lifetime to an evangelistic campaign in Ethiopia or other African country with Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke and/or Evangelist Daniel Kolenda. This Promotion is subject to all applicable local laws. Void where prohibited by law. Some data collected will reside on servers located in the United States of America.
The "WIN A FREE MISSIONS TRIP TO AFRICA" Promotion is sponsored by Christ for all Nations UK. ("Sponsor") and is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland who are 21 years or older at time of entry.
Employees of Sponsor or any of its affiliated organizations, along with their immediate family members (parents, siblings, spouse and children, guardians and wards) and/or those living in the same household with them are not eligible to enter or win.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Sponsor's Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both incorporated herein by reference) and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on all matters relating to this Promotion. Only entrants who have met all of the requirements of these Official Rules will be eligible to be chosen as a winner.
Beginning June 15, 2012 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through September 30, 2012 at 11:59:00 PM (ET) ("Promotion Period"), visit freeafricatrip.com or freeafricatrip.net and complete and submit the online entry form.
As part of the entry, you must provide a valid e-mail address and share this Promotion utilizing the online tools provided. By providing your information, you consent to Sponsor sending you ministry updates and news.
You need to encourage your friends and colleagues to register for the "WIN A FREE MISSION TRIP TO AFRICA" Promotion using your unique Sponsor-assigned registration URL. You will receive one (1) additional entry in the Promotion for each person who registers using your unique URL. Unlimited entries per person overall. Entrants can return to the Promotion's website at any time during the Promotion Period and refer additional friends in order to receive additional entries.
Twelve finalists will be randomly selected. A Sponsor representative will contact the finalists and interview each of them by telephone, and ask "If you were to win this free mission trip, how do you think your life or ministry will change in regards to evangelism?" The answers will be rated based on thoughtfulness (50%) and Scriptural foundation (50%). The finalist with the highest score will be declared the winner. Sponsor will determine the winner, and its decision will be final. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries timely received.
The potential winner will be required to execute and return confirmation of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned timely, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, an alternate winner selected.
There are two parts to the prize. The first is a trip of 9 days, 8 nights for the winner and the winner's travel companion, both of whom must be 21 years of age or older and under no physical or mental disability so as to be able to take the trip and participate in the planned activities, and includes round-trip coach air transportation between the international airport closest to the winner's residence and the airport in Ethiopia or other African country selected by Sponsor for its African evangelistic campaign, single room double occupancy accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor's selection, ground transportation in Africa by motor coach, and 3 meals per day. The flight to Africa will depart November 5, 2012 and will depart from Africa on November 12, 2012. Winner is responsible for all other costs and expenses of the trip. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee the presence of either Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke or Evangelist Daniel Kolenda at the African evangelist campaign. (Approximate retail value of trip £4000 depending upon departure and destination airports and other travel costs).
The second part of the prize is an Apple® iPod touch® 8GB MP3 Player ("Device") to permit the winner to document the trip by videos and photos and post them to a specific blog created and maintained by Sponsor. The winner also agrees to post occasional updates relevant to the trip to the blog. All content rights (photos, videos, text) used to document the trip will belong to Sponsor, and may not be obscene, vulgar, defamatory, derogatory or otherwise, not acceptable to Sponsor in its sole discretion and may not violate any copyrights or rights of privacy or publicity. (Approximate retail value of the Device £169). Total approximate retail value of prizes £4169.
Winner and companion must hold valid passports for their country of citizenship, and be willing to secure necessary visas, at the direction of Sponsor, to travel to Ethiopia or other African country selected by Sponsor. Winner and companion must travel together on the same flights on the same dates.
Prize is not transferable. If winner does not accept the trip prize, winner forfeits the Device prize. No substitution of prize by winner is permitted. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Promotion and the use, mis-use or non-use of the prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Promotion or redemption and use, mis-use or non-use of prize.
If the original phone call or e-mail to a potential prize winner is not responded to by the potential prize winner within designated time, that entry will be returned to the entry pool and an alternate entrant (in order of selection) may be selected until the final 12 are selected.
Sponsor is not responsible for any error in the administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible or liable for computer error or any technical malfunctions of the Internet service provider's network, nor for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof.
If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
In the event the online portion of the Promotion must be cancelled for any reason, remaining entrants will be chosen at random from among all eligible entries received at time of online termination and all e-mailed entries.
As a condition of participating in this Promotion, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, by an impartial arbitrator or the Sponsors choosing.
Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including lawyers’ fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion), and entrant (and his/her parent or legal guardian) further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, available at CFAN.org.uk. Data will reside on Sponsor's servers located in the United Kingdom and some information relating to the sharing tracking will be located on servers in the United States of America.
