Who is Eligible for the "WIN a FREE Missions TRIP to AFRICA" Contest?
The "WIN a FREE Missions TRIP to AFRICA" Contest is open to residents of the United States who reside in the 48 states of the Continental U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Additionally, residents of Canada and the United Kingdom are also eligible.
Employees of CfaN or any of its affiliated organizations, along with their immediate family members (parents and children, guardians and wards) and/or those living in the same household as each are not eligible to win any prize.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Website's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both incorporated herein by reference) and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes/Contest. How to Enter:
Beginning May 1, 2010 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through September 30, 2010 at 11:59:00 PM (ET) visit freeafricatrip.com and complete the online entry information.
As part of your entry, you must provide a valid e-mail address and share this contest, utilizing the online tools provided, with a least one other person. By providing your information, you are consenting to it being used to send ministry updates and news.
AS A GENERAL RULE -- Opportunities to increase your chances to win may be available on freeafricatrip.com, freeafricatrip.net, freeafricantrip.com, freeafricantrip.net, or other assigned Cfan websites or websites of its affiliates.
How the Winner Will Be Chosen:
In each participating country, 12 finalists will be randomly selected. Each finalist will be contacted and interviewed by phone and the CfaN staff will then prayerfully consider the final winner.
CFAN has sole and absolute determination in choosing the winner, and the winner's companion of choice. CFAN's decision will be final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected.
What is included and the winner's responsibilities:
In each participating country, the first place prize is an all expenses paid trip for 2 (the winner and a qualified spouse, relative, friend or guest of their choosing, over the age of 18) including round-trip air transportation from an airport within reasonable proximity to the winners residence, to and from the African Crusade; as well as a double occupancy hotel room and meal accommodations.
Winners are responsible for incidental costs and all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Conditions of Participation:
The winner and his or her chosen companion must hold valid passports for their country of citizenship, and be willing to secure necessary visas, at the direction of Cfan, to travel to the country of Nigeria.
Prize is not transferable. No substitution of prize by winner is permitted. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of CFAN, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for CFAN and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold CFAN, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the contest. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of prize.

If the original phone call or e-mail to a potential prize winner is not responded to by the potential prize winner within designated time, that entry will be returned to the entry pool and an alternate entrant (in order of selection) may be selected until the final 12 are selected.
